In the Search our Availability Calendar if the populated result is only a red "Schedule" button our schedule is full in your area for our typical 65 day booking window please check back over the next couple days if you'd like on our schedule regardless, the pink days are not available days, the white days are available so look for the white days and time slots and remember those slots for next phase of booking, then select "Are you a new Customer?" or "Are you a Returning Customer?" accordingly to start the booking process. Next in the Week Day Select Calendar, the yellow days are not available days, the white days are available so look for the white days to select. If you see all yellow days use the black arrow in the top right corner of calendar to advance to the next month until you find a white color day.
New Customers: You will need to provide Make, Model, and Serial Number of your equipment, if not provided we may choose to cancel your booking without notice. Alternatively you can send photos of your equipment after scheduling to Frostfireservicellc@gmail.com as described in our Scheduling Instructions ( https://www.frostfireservicellc.com/Scheduling.html ). We service only Factory Built Fireplaces, BBQ, & Fire Features and are not a Masonry Contractor therefore we do not sweep, clean, or repair brick, rock, or stone built chimneys or fireplaces. We will gladly provide and install a log set or insert upgrade for these types of fireplaces as previewed on our product page ( https://frostfireservicellc.com/Products.html ).
To view or change your service return to Frostfireservicellc.com click on "Online Booking Links" and then click the red "Are you a Returning Customer" button, sign in with your email and click Get OTP code button, then enter the 6 digit one time password code from your email or the on screen green box. When successfully in your customer dashboard click the blue "My Bookings" button to cancel or view your bookings. To Cancel a booking from "My Bookings" go to Booked Date / Slot box where a preview of all your bookings current and past should be listed swipe left to the far right where there is a cancel feature under "Actions" column, this is a dark blue word "Cancel" and if clicked will cancel the appointment in the row it is associated to. In upper left corner of page is a three horizontal lines or dashes Navigation Bar you will want to click to access your "Sign Out" or you can Click "New Booking" to make or add an appointment e.g. reschedule. "Dashboard" takes you back to the pretty colored boxes otherwise known as the home landing page, the orange one is for "New Booking".
